Photo shows the Jokhang Temple in Lhasa, capital of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region. The temple was built during the reign of Tubo King Songsten Gampo (605-650 CE) to celebrate his marriage with Princess Wencheng of Tang Dynasty. It was also Tibet's first Buddhist temple.
