The Interpol has issued a red notice for Chinese business tycoon Guo Wengui, who is linked to a number of the country's major corruption cases, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Guo reportedly has close ties with Ma Jian, a former vice minister of state security. Ma has been taken down for corruption investigations. He is also said to be linked to erosion of state assets of Peking University Founder Group. It's said that Guo Wengui fled to the U.S. two years ago.
