Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has ordered the return of his country's ambassadors to Spain, Portugal, France and Italy, who were recalled in protest of a blockade that forced Bolivian president's plane to take an emergency landing.

The order was made after Bolivia accepted apologies of these countries for the incident, the Venezuelan Foreign Ministry said in a statement released Friday.

Bolivian President Evo Morales's plane was denied access to the air space of these countries during a return trip from Moscow on July 2, under suspicion that U.S. intelligence whistleblower Edward Snowden was on the plane. The Bolivian president's plane had to make an emergency landing at the airport of Vienna, Austria.

Venezuela considered the air blockade against Morales as a violation of international Laws and decided to recall its ambassadors in these countries at the Mercosur summit on July 12. Endi
