Oil prices rebounded Wednesday as Kuwaiti oil minister said he expected no changes in the crude production target at the next ministers' meeting of Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries.

Light, sweet crude for December delivery gained 84 cents to settle at 93.88 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Endi
