LONDON, May 30 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. singer Ariana Grande is to return to Manchester for a benefit concert on Sunday, less than two weeks after the terror attack which left fans killed and injured.
Instead of returning to the Manchester Arena where the attack happened on May 22, the singer will headline an open air concert at the city's famous cricket ground at Old Trafford.
Tickets for the 50,000 capacity show will be on sale to the public on Sunday. Fans who were at the arena show will be given free tickets.
The proceeds will go to a charity set-up to help victims of the bombing which left 22 dead and 116 injured. It is expected around 2.3 million U.S. dollars will be raised.
Grande will be joined at the "One Love Manchester" show by a list of stars, including Justin Bieber, Coldplay, Katy Perry, Take That, Miley Cyrus and Pharrell. Other artists appearing will include One Direction's Niall Horan and R&B singer Usher, and more to be announced. Enditem
