HANOI, March 15 (Xinhua) -- Thirteen people were severely injured on early Friday after a passenger coach flipped over in Vietnam's central Quang Tri province, Vietnam News Agency reported.
The coach, en route from Hanoi to Da Nang, was carrying 34 individuals, comprising 32 passengers, the driver, and an assistant.
Several people were trapped inside when the accident happened at about 4:50 a.m.. Emergency services successfully rescued all the passengers by 6 a.m..
The case is being further investigated.
According to the General Statistics Office, 4,855 traffic accidents were reported in Vietnam in the first two months of this year, killing 1,980 people and injuring 3,979 others. Enditem
