SANAA -- Yemen's Houthi group on Tuesday claimed responsibility for launching a missile attack against an "Israeli" ship in the Arabian Sea.
"The (Houthi) naval forces carried out a qualitative military operation targeting the Israeli ship, MSC SARAH V, in the Arabian Sea, and the hit was accurate and direct," Yahya Sarea, the Houthi military spokesman, said in a statement aired by the Houthi-run al-Masirah TV. NAIROBI -- Protesters in Kenya on Tuesday broke through security at the parliament building in Nairobi, capital of Kenya, and stormed the institution just hours after lawmakers passed a contentious tax hike bill.

JOHANNESBURG -- South Africa has started screening visitors into the country for monkeypox at all ports of entry due to a recent increase in cases of the disease, said the Border Management Authority (BMA) on Tuesday.
