Afghan central bank's delegation leaves for Djibouti to attend Islamic Financial Service Board

KABUL, June 30 (Xinhua) -- A delegation of Afghanistan's central bank, Da Afghanistan Bank (DAB), left for Djibouti to attend the 22nd annual session of the Islamic Financial Service Board (IFSB), on Saturday, said a statement of the bank.

Hedayatullah Badri, acting governor of Afghanistan's central bank, headed the Afghan delegation at the session, the statement further said.

The annual session of the financial agency IFSB is aimed at boosting Islamic financial service industry. It will be held on July 1 and 2 by the IFSB and Djibouti's central bank to discuss and approve the previous year's executions and financial reports of the board, the statement added. Enditem
