NEW DELHI -- At least five persons, including three women, died, and over two dozen were injured in a stampede at a temple in India's eastern state of Bihar early on Monday, confirmed a local cop over the phone.

The mishap occurred when a large number of devotees gathered to offer prayers at a temple in the state's Jehanabad district on the occasion of the fourth Monday of the Hindu calendar month "Saawan." (India-Stampede Deaths)

PHNOM PENH -- Cambodia will launch in September an e-Arrival card scheme for air passengers arriving in the Southeast Asian country, Prime Minister Hun Manet said on Monday.

The e-Arrival digital card will replace paper forms for immigration, health and customs declarations. SEOUL -- Thirteen people were injured on Monday from a multi-vehicle pileup on an expressway in southwestern South Korea, according to Yonhap news agency.
