CAIRO -- Three Arab Israeli tourists and four Egyptian workers were injured during a fight in a hotel in Egypt's Red Sea resort of Taba, Egypt's Al-Qahera News TV channel reported, citing a high-level Egyptian official.

The fight started after several tourists refused to pay for some hotel services, Al-Qahera News quoted an anonymous source as saying. (Egypt-Israel-Hotel Brawl)

MOSCOW -- One person was killed and another seven were injured after Ukrainian attacks in Russia's Belgorod region, regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said Friday.

"Our air defense system worked over Belgorod and Belgorodsky District -- several air targets were shot down as they approached the city," Gladkov said on Telegram. (Russia-Belgorod-Casualty)

LOS ANGELES -- NASA has removed two astronauts from upcoming SpaceX Crew-9 mission to make room for two other astronauts awaiting ride back home at the International Space Station (ISS), the agency said on Friday.

NASA astronaut Nick Hague and Roscosmos cosmonaut Aleksandr Gorbunov will launch no earlier than Tuesday, Sept. 24, on the Crew-9 mission to ISS. NASA astronauts Zena Cardman and Stephanie Wilson, previously announced as crewmates, will be reassigned on a future mission, according to NASA. (NASA-SpaceX-Launch)

RIO DE JANEIRO -- Brazil's Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes on Friday ordered the social media platform X to be blocked nationwide after the company refused to appoint a legal representative in the country.

On Wednesday, de Moraes gave X, owned by Elon Musk, a 24-hour deadline to designate a representative. X shut down its Brazil office on Aug. 17, claiming that there were threats to detain its former legal representative. (Brazil-X-Block) Enditem
