PHNOM PENH, Oct. 15 (Xinhua) -- Cambodia on Tuesday marked the 12th anniversary of the passing of the nation's most revered King Father Norodom Sihanouk by paying tribute to his statue.

Representatives of ministries, state secretariats, institutions and Phnom Penh Municipality led their delegates to lay wreaths and pay homage to the late King at the huge bronze statue, located in a park just east of the Independence Monument.

The decorated portrait of the late King Father, along with the flags symbolizing the nation, state religion and King, was displayed at establishments including ministries, state institutions, businesses, factories, and schools.
