Road crash kills 3, injures 11 in central Afghanistan

NILI, Afghanistan, Oct. 16 (Xinhua) -- Three commuters were killed and 11 others sustained injuries as a mini-bus plunged into a ravine on Tuesday in central Afghanistan's Daykundi province, provincial police spokesman Ghulam Ali Jawed said Wednesday.

The deadly traffic accident took place in Miramor district on Tuesday evening, the official said without providing more details.

A similar road accident claimed one life and injured 10 others in the eastern Logar province last week. Enditem
