SYDNEY -- A bomb threat has been reported onboard an Air New Zealand plane at Sydney Airport on Saturday, local media reported.

The incident involved an Air New Zealand flight from Wellington to Sydney carrying 140 passengers, according to Sky News Australia.

NEW DELHI -- Three international flights of Vistara airline and one belonging to Air India received bomb threats that turned out to be hoaxes, officials said Saturday.

Of the three Vistara flights, one was diverted to Frankfurt, Germany as a precautionary measure.

According to officials, the flights to London, Paris and Hong Kong from the national capital New Delhi received bomb threats on social media on Friday. (India-Bomb Threat)

PHNOM PENH -- Qu Qingshan, a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, led a CPC delegation on a visit to Cambodia from Wednesday to Saturday.

KABUL -- Afghanistan has exported fresh fruits worth 31 million U.S. dollars over the past six months, spokesman for the Ministry of Industry and Commerce Akhundzada Abdul Salam Jawad said Saturday.

"The Afghan products were mostly exported to China, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), India, France, Germany, Netherlands, the United States, and Britain," the private media outlet TOLOnews quoted Akhondzada.

Afghanistan's main export items include fresh and dry fruits, coal, saffron, hand-woven carpets, and precious stones. (Afghanistan-Export)

TOKYO -- A man was arrested in Tokyo after throwing what appeared to be Molotov cocktails at the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) headquarters and crashing a van into a security fence outside the nearby Prime Minister's Office early Saturday, local media reported.

The man drove a van in front of the LDP headquarters in Tokyo's Chiyoda Ward at around 5:50 a.m. local time and threw five or six objects resembling Molotov cocktails, public broadcaster NHK reported. (Japan-LDP-Firebomb) Enditem
