SUINING, China, Oct. 20 (Xinhua) -- Kenyan runners swept the men's and women's titles at the Suining Marathon in southwest China's Sichuan Province on Sunday.
Kyeva Cosmas Mutuku pulled away in the men's race with a winning time of 2 hours 18 minutes and 28 seconds, while Gladys Jepkorir Kiprotich claimed the women's title in 2:37:56.
China's Zhou Youfa won the men's half-marathon race, with the women's gold going to Kenya's Brigid Jelimo Kabergei. Enditem
