JAKARTA -- Seven people were killed and several others injured after a seaside bridge collapsed in Indonesia's eastern Maluku province, according to a senior official from the local disaster agency on Thursday.

GHAZNI, Afghanistan -- Two children were killed and another sustained injuries as an unexploded ordnance left over from past wars went off in eastern Afghanistan's Ghazni province on Wednesday, provincial police spokesman Khalid Sarhadi said Thursday.
