JAKARTA -- As many as nine people were killed and four others injured following a large fire at a cooking oil factory near Jakarta, Indonesia's largest city, an official said on Saturday.

FAIZABAD, Afghanistan -- At least seven travelers lost their lives, and four others were injured following a deadly road accident in north Afghanistan's Badakhshan province on Friday, provincial police spokesman Ihsanullah Kamgar said on Saturday.
