BEIRUT -- At least six people, including a leader of the Islamic Group, were killed and another injured on Saturday in Israeli raids in eastern Lebanon, according to Lebanese military sources.
The sources, speaking on condition of anonymity, told Xinhua that an Israeli warplane targeted at dawn with two air-to-ground missiles a house in the village of Majdal Balhis, killing Nabih al-Ghadban, his daughter, and two of his visitors. (Lebanon-Israeli Raids)

ISLAMABAD -- The death toll of a blast that hit a railway station in Quetta city of Pakistan's southwest Balochistan province on Saturday rose to 25, health and police officials said.
Confirming the casualties, Waseem Baig, media coordinator of the provincial health ministry of Balochistan, told Xinhua that the death toll increased after at least five injured people succumbed to injuries during treatment. (Pakistan-Terrorism Attack)

YAOUNDE -- The death toll from a rain-triggered landslide in Cameroon's West Region has risen to 11, local authorities said Friday evening.
"We recovered seven corpses today (Friday) making a total of 11. Also, heavy (road) equipment has been removed from the debris. (Excavation) exercise continues," West Region Governor Augustine Fonka Awa told Xinhua, adding that the bodies recovered were in an "advanced state of decomposition." (Cameroon-Landslide)

KATHMANDU -- Four people were killed and 30 others wounded after a passenger bus veered off a highway in Surkhet district of mid-western Nepal on Friday afternoon.
