JAKARTA -- A fatal multi-vehicle accident that occurred Monday afternoon in Purwakarta regency in Indonesia's West Java province killed at least one person and injured eight others, the provincial police said.

According to preliminary report, the collision occurred on a toll road connecting West Java to Jakarta, at around 3:30 p.m. local time. (Indonesia-Road Accident)

SANAA -- Seven people died on Monday in a landslide in the village of Beit Al-Baras in Yemen's northwestern province of Al-Mahwit, according to paramedics.

ABIDJAN -- Twenty people were killed and 11 others injured Sunday in a collision between two minibuses in southern Cote d'Ivoire, the National Office for Civilian Protection (ONPC) said on Monday.

The collision between the two 24-seaters happened in Ahizabre, a village about 20 km from Gagnoa on the Gagnoa-Soubre road, the ONPC said in a post on social media. It did not say what caused the tragedy. (Cote d'Ivoire-Accident-Road)

VIENNA -- Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Rafael Grossi will travel to Tehran this week for high-level talks with the Iranian government.
