NEW YORK -- U.S. stocks ended lower on Tuesday, as post-election rally cooled with the U.S. dollar gaining ground against all major currencies.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 382.15 points, or 0.86 percent, to 43,910.98. The S&P 500 sank 17.36 points, or 0.29 percent, to 5,983.99. The Nasdaq Composite Index shed 17.36 points, or 0.09 percent, to 19,281.4. (U.S.-Stock)

BRUSSELS -- The European Commission said on Tuesday that member states' national authorities may take action against Apple if the U.S. tech giant does not address its potentially prohibited geo-blocking practices on its media service that limit content based on users' geographical locations.
In a statement, the Commission said it has identified several potentially prohibited practices across Apple services, including the App Store, Apple Arcade, Music, iTunes Store, Books and Podcasts. Apple restricts users to country-specific interfaces and payment methods and prevents app downloads from other EU countries. (EU-Apple)

BEIRUT, Nov. 12 (Xinhua) -- At least 32 people were killed and some others injured on Tuesday in Israeli airstrikes across Lebanon, the Lebanese National News Agency (NNA) reported.
According to the NNA, in two separate Israeli airstrikes in Mount Lebanon, eight were killed and two injured in the town of Baalchmay, while 12 others were killed and eight more wounded in the village of Joun in Chouf district. (Lebanon-Israeli airstrike)

SANAA, Nov. 12 (Xinhua) -- At least 10 Houthi operatives were killed in two separate U.S. drone strikes in Yemen's central Al-Bayda province on Tuesday, a Yemeni government military source told Xinhua.
The strikes targeted mobile rocket launchers in the As-Sawma'ah and Dhi-Na'im districts, the source said on condition of anonymity. (Yemen-U.S. airstrike) Enditem
