BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Nov. 22 (Xinhua) -- Brunei and Singapore signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on processed beef products export, local media reported on Friday.
According to the local daily Borneo Bulletin, the cooperation will pave the way for Brunei's first commercial-scale export of processed beef products to Singapore, reinforcing food security and strengthening economic ties.
The processed beef exports are set to begin in the first quarter of 2025, underscoring Brunei's dedication to enhancing its global competitiveness and food security by meeting the international quality standards, the Borneo Bulletin reported. Enditem
