ABU DHABI -- The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has apprehended three suspects in connection with the murder of Zvi Kogan, an Israeli-Moldovan citizen who resided in the UAE, the Ministry of Interior announced on Sunday.
Following the filing of a missing person report by Kogan's family, a specialized search and investigation team was quickly assembled, which led to the discovery of the victim's body and the arrest of the suspects, according to the ministry. (UAE-Israel-Murder)

JERUSALEM/BEIRUT -- Hezbollah launched approximately 200 rockets into Israel on Sunday as Israel prepared to initiate a new wave of airstrikes on Beirut.
The Israeli military said in a statement that the rockets, fired by Hezbollah militants, targeted northern and central Israel and included three drones. It added that the country's aerial defense systems intercepted only some of the rockets. A launcher from which projectiles were fired toward the Haifa Bay area was struck by the military. JERUSALEM -- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's legal team has requested a 15-day postponement for the start of his testimony in his ongoing criminal trial, Israeli media reported on Sunday.
The team argued that despite its best efforts, it will not be ready by the scheduled date of Dec. 2, the report said.
The request followed an earlier one by the team for a 10-week delay, which the court rejected on Nov. 13, citing that Netanyahu had already been given five months to prepare for the trial since the date was set in July. (Netanyahu-Criminal-Trial)

KHARTOUM -- At least 15 civilians were killed and 20 others injured in an artillery attack by the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in western Sudan, the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF)'s 6th Infantry Division said Sunday.
The RSF militia attacked the Naivasha market in El Fasher, capital of North Darfur State, "with three howitzer artillery shells on Saturday evening," the division said in a statement. (Sudan-Civil-War) Enditem
