JERUSALEM, Nov. 26 (Xinhua) -- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Tuesday he would recommend a ceasefire agreement with Lebanon for approval by the Israeli cabinet.

In a televised speech, Netanyahu pledged to facilitate the return of residents displaced from Israel's northern border areas, warning, "If Hezbollah violates the deal, we will strike again." Enditem
