TASHKENT, Nov. 27 (Xinhua) -- Uzbekistan's permanent population has reached 37.5 million, the country's statistics agency said.
Previous data from the agency show that the country's population is growing by 2,000 people daily.
On April 22 of this year, the statistics agency reported that the permanent population of Uzbekistan has surpassed 37 million people.
Uzbekistan is the most populous country in Central Asia, and its population reached 36 million in December 2022. Enditem
