PHNOM PENH, Nov. 27 (Xinhua) -- Cambodian King Norodom Sihamoni will pay a state visit to Vietnam from Thursday to Friday, at the invitation of Vietnamese President Luong Cuong, said the Cambodian Foreign Ministry on Wednesday.
"During the state visit, His Majesty the King will hold royal audiences with Vietnamese leaders to exchange views on cordial relations in line with the spirit of good neighborliness, traditional friendship, comprehensive cooperation and long-term stability between the two countries," the ministry said.
The visit will mark a significant milestone in the two countries' enduring relations and contribute to deepening the bonds of excellent relationship and beneficial cooperation between the two neighboring countries, it added.
The monarch's entourage will include Deputy Prime Minister and Royal Palace Minister Kuy Sophal and Srey Nory, director of the Royal Cabinet of the King, as well as high representatives from the Senate and the National Assembly, the ministry said. Enditem
