SAO PAULO -- Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, who underwent emergency surgery Tuesday to treat an intracranial hemorrhage, is recovering well following a peaceful night's sleep in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU), his doctors said Wednesday.
