BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Dec. 13 (Xinhua) -- Pakistan's technology team secured 10 awards across multiple categories at the Asia Pacific Information and Communications Technology Alliance (APICTA) Awards 2024, local media reported on Thursday.

The showcase of Pakistan's innovation brought a delegation of 20 members, including representatives from innovative companies, start-ups, and academic teams that demonstrated exceptional creativity and technological expertise, according to the local media Borneo Bulletin.

The Pakistan High Commission in Brunei said in a press release that the winning projects reflect Pakistan's commitment to developing cutting-edge solutions. This achievement highlights the nation's growing prominence in the global information and communications technology (ICT) landscape.

The APICTA Awards was hosted by Brunei this year, and the event was judged in 24 categories, with over 270 entries from more than 180 participating teams. Enditem
