Indonesia donates 2.72 mln doses of polio vaccines to Myanmar: Myanmar's media

YANGON, Dec. 21 (Xinhua) -- A total of 2.72 million doses of polio vaccines (bOPV), donated by Indonesia to Myanmar, arrived at Yangon International Airport on Friday, the state-run daily The Mirror reported on Saturday.

Officials from Myanmar's Ministry of Health and Ministry of Foreign Affairs received the vaccines, which were handed over by representatives from Indonesia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Myanmar at the airport, the report said

The donated vaccines have been transported to the central cold storage facility in Yangon, the report added. Enditem
