SANAA -- Multiple airstrikes hit Yemen's capital Sanaa on Tuesday afternoon, targeting military sites under Houthi control and rocking the whole city, local witnesses said.
According to the witnesses, the airstrikes targeted the 1st Armor Division and an ammunition manufacturing complex, both of which are on a hill in central Sanaa, as well as the building of the Defense Ministry in downtown Sanaa. (Yemen-Airstrikes-Houthis)

SEOUL -- Four people were seriously injured and nine others suffered minor injuries after a car drove into a crowd at a market in South Korean capital Seoul on Tuesday, local media reported.

JERUSALEM -- The Israeli military announced Tuesday that the Israeli Air Force killed Anas Muhammad Saadi Masri, commander of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) movement's rocket unit in northern Gaza, in an airstrike in early December.
According to a statement by the military, Masri was responsible for directing rocket attacks from northern Gaza against civilians and soldiers in southern Israel, including during the Hamas rampage last October. (Israel-PIJ Commander-Killing)

MANILA -- Five children, all cousins, died in a fire that broke out on the second floor of a three-story residential building in the Philippine capital, the Bureau of Fire Protection said Tuesday.
