BAGHDAD, Jan. 9 (Xinhua) -- The Iraqi Ministry of Transport said Thursday that it received 13 modern aircraft to enhance air transport capabilities, according to the official Iraqi News Agency (INA).
The ministry spokesman Maitham al-Safi said that the aircraft included six Boeing Max, two Dreamliner and five Airbus, INA said.
The ministry is expected to receive 31 modern aircraft by 2027, he said, stressing that this project came within the framework of a comprehensive strategy to enhance air transport capabilities and keep pace with the latest international standards. Enditem
