SANAA -- One person was killed and nine others were wounded in the U.S.-British-Israeli joint airstrikes on northern Yemen on Friday afternoon, Houthi-run al-Masirah TV reported.
The strikes targeted the Red Sea port of Ras Issa, where a person was killed and six others wounded. Another three people were injured in attacks on a power station in the Hizyaz area, south of the capital Sanaa. The airstrikes also hit the Hodeidah port and northern Amran province, al-Masirah TV reported. (Yemen-Joint Airstrikes-Casualty)

BEIRUT -- Five people were killed and four others injured on Friday in an Israeli airstrike targeting Tayr Debba, a municipality in southern Lebanon's Tyre district, the Lebanese Health Ministry reported.
According to the official National News Agency, an Israeli drone targeted a car in Tayr Debba, killing five and wounding four more, all of whom have been transferred to hospitals in Tyre. (Lebanon-Israeli Airstrike-Casualty)

SANAA/JERUSALEM -- Yemen's Houthi group said in a statement on Friday that it has launched a missile attack on the USS Harry S. Truman aircraft carrier in the northern Red Sea and has fired three bomb-laden drones at Israel's Tel Aviv.
"We carried out several military operations during the past 48 hours, the most prominent of which was targeting the American aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman and a number of its escorts in the northern Red Sea, using cruise missiles and drones," Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Sarea said in the statement aired by Houthi-run al-Masirah TV. JERUSALEM -- Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz has instructed the military to prepare a plan for the "total defeat" of Hamas if a hostage release deal is not signed by Jan. 20, according to a statement from his office on Friday.
Katz said if Hamas does not release the hostages by the time U.S. President-elect Donald Trump takes office, a "plan for the total defeat of Hamas in Gaza" would be implemented. (Israel-Hostage Deal-Hamas Defeat) Enditem
