6 dead in Angola traffic accident

LUANDA, Jan. 11 (Xinhua) -- Six people were killed and nine others injured on Friday in a road accident in southern Angola, the Angola Press Agency reported Saturday.

A burst front-left tire caused the vehicle to overturn in the southern province of Huila province, killing five at the scene. And another died from injuries on the way to the hospital, the report said.

The injured are currently receiving treatment at Lubango Central Hospital in Lubango, the capital of Huila province. Enditem
