SEOUL -- A South Korean court issued a warrant to arrest the acting chief of the presidential security service who blocked an attempt earlier this month to arrest impeached President Yoon Suk-yeol, multiple media outlets said Tuesday.

KUALA LUMPUR -- The U.S. restrictions on artificial intelligence (AI) chip exports could lead to a sector-wide slowdown, affecting the entire supply chain, Malaysia's RHB Investment Bank said in a report.

BANGKOK -- Thai authorities said that two jet skis driven by Chinese citizens collided, resulting in the death of one Chinese citizen, as confirmed by the Phuket consular office of the Chinese consulate general in Songkhla on Tuesday.
