MINSK, Jan. 16 (Xinhua) -- Belarusian agricultural output increased by 3.4 percent in 2024, said the National Statistics Committee on Thursday.

Agricultural production in farms of all categories amounted to 36.3 billion Belarusian rubles (11.1 billion U.S. dollars), while agricultural organizations produced products worth 29.7 billion rubles (9.07 billion dollars), up 5.1 percent from the previous year, according to the committee.

The Minsk and Brest regions were the biggest contributors to the national agricultural output, accounting for 26.4 and 23 percent respectively. Enditem
