TASHKENT, Jan. 25 (Xinhua) -- Uzbekistan's imports of passenger cars reached a value of 1.28 billion U.S. dollars in 2024, local media reported Saturday, citing the country's statistics agency.

According to the agency, 74,700 passenger cars, including electric vehicles, were imported into Uzbekistan in 2024.

As reported, China was the top country in terms of importing passenger cars to Uzbekistan, with 61,000 units. The Republic of Korea came in second with 11,900 units, followed by the United States in third place with 639 units. Enditem
