TOKYO, Jan. 28 (Xinhua) -- Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba on Tuesday pledged to enhance communication with China and comprehensively advance the strategic relationship of mutual benefit between the two countries.

During a plenary session of the House of Councillors, Ishiba emphasized the importance of strengthening communication with China across a wide range of fields, reducing challenges and increasing collaboration.

Both sides will work together to build constructive and stable bilateral ties, he said. Enditem
