MANILA, Feb. 3 (Xinhua) -- Four people, including a three-year-old girl, have died after they were trapped in their burning two-story house in Bataan province, west of Philippine capital Manila, the Bureau of Fire Protection said.

The bureau said fire engulfed the house at around 4:45 a.m. local time on Sunday, torching the house and the four victims inside, a 70-year-old female, a 53-year-old male, a 24-year-old female, and a three-year-old girl.

According to the bureau, the fire started on the house's first floor.

It took firefighters less than 30 minutes to control the fire.

Authorities are still investigating the cause of the fire. Enditem
