PHNOM PENH, Feb. 10 (Xinhua) -- Another newborn Mekong Irrawaddy dolphin has been sighted, raising the number of newborn dolphin calves in Cambodia to three so far this year, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) said in a news release on Monday.

The new calf, about two day old, was spotted on Sunday at the Chroy Banteay dolphin pool in Kratie province's Preaek Prasab district by a team of researchers from the Fisheries Administration and the World Wide Fund for Nature. (Cambodia-Mekong Irrawaddy Dolphin)

JAKARTA -- Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto has set an ambitious target of realizing 814.6 billion U.S. dollars in investments between 2025 and 2029 to achieve an 8 percent gross domestic product (GDP) growth rate, a minister announced on Monday.

The target represents a 143 percent increase compared to the total investment realized over the past decade, according to Indonesia's Minister of Investment and Downstream Industry Rosan Perkasa Roeslani.
