SEOUL -- South Korea's constitutional court on Tuesday held the seventh hearing of impeachment trial on President Yoon Suk-yeol, with the arrested president being present for the fifth time.

KABUL -- At least five people were killed and seven others injured as a suicide bomber blew himself up in northern Afghanistan's Kunduz province on Tuesday morning, provincial police spokesman Jumadin Khaksar said.
"A suicide bomber blew himself up in front of the Kabul Bank in Kunduz city, the provincial capital, leading to the deaths of five individuals, including bank guards and civilians, while seven others sustained injuries," Khaksar said. (Afghanistan-Blast-Dead)

SEOUL -- South Korea's trade minister on Tuesday expressed concern about U.S. President Donald Trump's 25-percent tariffs on steel and aluminum imports scheduled to take effect on March 12.
