JERUSALEM -- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Tuesday that if the Israeli hostages held in Gaza were not returned by Saturday, the ceasefire with Hamas will be canceled, and Israel will resume "intensive fighting" in the war-torn enclave.

WASHINGTON -- The administration of U.S. President Donald Trump on Tuesday secured the release of Marc Fogel, an American teacher detained by Russia.
U.S. National Security Advisor Mike Waltz said in a statement that Fogel was flown out of Russian airspace after "an exchange" was successfully negotiated with Russia through the effort made on the U.S. side by Steve Witkoff, Trump's Middle East envoy, and the president's other advisors. BUENOS AIRES -- Firefighters and emergency crews evacuated at least 100 people Tuesday after a fire broke out in a luxury high-rise, the third-tallest building in Argentina.

BERLIN -- The number of injuries has risen to 25 as a high-speed train collided with a semi-trailer at a railway crossing in Hamburg, Germany, on Tuesday.
The accident occurred on the outskirts of Hamburg when an InterCity Express (ICE) train en route from Hamburg to Munich crashed into the semi-trailer at high speed.
