KIEV, Feb. 12 (Xinhua) -- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and U.S. President Donald Trump on Wednesday held phone talks, the Ukrainian government-run Ukrinform news agency reported, citing Zelensky's Communications Advisor Dmytro Lytvyn.
