CANBERRA -- Australia has rejected a claim from a U.S. counterpart that aluminum exports are "killing" the American market.

KABUL -- One person was killed and three others injured in a suicide attack which led to a blast at the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, on Thursday morning, a local official confirmed to the media.
The blast happened when a suicide bomber attempted to enter the ministry, but was identified and neutralized by security personnel at the entrance gate, local media TOLOnews quoted Mohammad Kamal Afghan, spokesman for the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, as saying. SEOUL -- Six people went missing in a fishing boat fire that broke out in waters off southwestern South Korea on Thursday, according to Yonhap news agency.
