MANILA -- Philippine Vice President Sara Duterte has filed a petition with the Supreme Court questioning the validity and constitutionality of the fourth impeachment complaint transmitted by the House of Representatives, a spokesperson for the High Court said Wednesday.

HANOI -- Vietnam's National Assembly on Wednesday approved investment for the Lao Cai-Hanoi-Hai Phong railway project, Vietnam News Agency reported.
