MANILA -- Philippine Vice President Sara Duterte has filed a petition with the Supreme Court questioning the validity and constitutionality of the fourth impeachment complaint transmitted by the House of Representatives, a spokesperson for the High Court said Wednesday.
The Supreme Court spokesperson confirmed that the High Court received Duterte's petition on Tuesday. However, the High Court has yet to take up the matter. (Philippines-VP-Impeachment)
