ALMATY, Feb. 24 (Xinhua) -- A group of individuals suspected of organizing illegal migration has been apprehended in the Kyzylorda region and the city of Baikonur in southern Kazakhstan, said the press service of the Kazakh National Security Committee on Monday.

According to preliminary data, the perpetrators unlawfully issued over 80 temporary residence permits in Kazakhstan for citizens of neighboring countries.

Material evidence was seized during the searches, and a pre-trial investigation is currently underway. Enditem.
