In the face of profound changes unseen in a century, China's diplomacy with Chinese characteristics has made a significant contribution to world peace, common development and a new type of international relations.

Through major global initiatives such as the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative and the Global Civilization Initiative, China has greatly contributed to addressing global challenges, particularly in poverty alleviation, infrastructure, connectivity and security, with the ultimate goal of building a world of durable peace and security, common development and shared prosperity.

These initiatives have promoted trade and investment, thus supporting the economic growth of many countries, particularly in emerging markets, and also fostered deeper economic and cultural connections, contributing to regional and global development.

By focusing on peace, development and cooperation, China builds trust, stability and long-term partnerships that help developing nations achieve sustainable growth.

China's model of development, based on mutual respect and non-interference, offers an alternative path to modernization that enhances global cooperation and promotes a more inclusive international order.

China's measures to expand its opening up have also enhanced economic integration and international cooperation. By easing foreign investment restrictions and expanding visa-free access, China is attracting investment and talent and fostering smoother exchanges with the world.

These reforms benefit both China's development and foreign individuals or businesses seeking cooperation.

On a global level, these measures promote an open, interconnected economy, aligning with China's broader diplomatic strategy of mutual trust and cooperation.

Additionally, they facilitate cultural exchange, strengthening China's role in shaping global development.

China is a major defender of true multilateralism and an active advocate of the spirit of "global solidarity."

These have maintained global stability and certainty by countering unilateralism and fostering a fair, inclusive global governance system, and helped create a more predictable, cooperative international environment, contributing to global peace and development.

As the world's largest developing country, China's development path offers inspiration to the Global South by showcasing an alternative model focused on gradual reforms, state involvement and strategic planning for growth.

This approach highlights the potential for modernization and poverty alleviation without relying on Western models.

Through initiatives like the BRI, China promotes mutual benefit and non-interference, encouraging self-reliance while fostering collective growth, and inspiring Global South countries to explore diverse pathways to development.
