YANGON -- A passenger bus carrying over 30 passengers plunged into a ravine in eastern Myanmar's Shan state, killing seven and injuring 25, according to the Myanmar Fire Services Department.

QUITO -- At least one person was killed and three injured after the flash flood triggered by heavy rains swept through Pinas in Ecuador's coastal province of El Oro on Friday night, officials said Saturday.
