MINSK, March 4 (Xinhua) -- Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has appointed Viktor Karankevich, Anatoly Sivak and Yuri Shuleiko deputy prime ministers, the press service of the Belarusian leader said on Tuesday.

Karankevich, Sivak and Shuleiko previously held relevant posts, and have now retained them in the new Government.

The President also compiled teams in the new government that will be responsible for industry, energy, agriculture, transportation, construction and utilities services, the press service said.
