LOS ANGELES, March 12 (Xinhua) -- NASA and SpaceX have scrubbed Wednesday's launch attempt of the agency's Crew-10 mission to the International Space Station (ISS) due to technical issues.

The mission was scheduled to be launched aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket at 7:48 p.m. Wednesday Eastern Time (2348 GMT), from NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, but was called off due to a hydraulic system issue with a ground support clamp arm for the Falcon 9 rocket, according to NASA.

The mission will carry four astronauts to the ISS, and bring home four Crew-9 astronauts including NASA astronauts Suni Williams and Butch Wilmore who have been stranded in space since last June.

NASA said the next available launch opportunity is no earlier than 7:26 p.m. Eastern Time Thursday (2326 GMT).

Williams and Wilmore have been stuck in space due to technical problems of Boeing's Starliner which took them to ISS last June. Enditem
