SUVA -- Fiji's Health Ministry has declared a dengue fever outbreak in the Western Division, where the highest number of dengue cases have been reported.

JAKARTA -- An explosion involving a tugboat and a fuel-carrying tanker near Lamongan, a coastal town in the north of East Java province, Indonesia, erupted into flames on Thursday, killing two people and injuring 15 others, according to local police.
