ULAN BATOR, March 18 (Xinhua) -- Mongolia's foreign trade turnover reached 3.7 billion U.S. dollars in the first two months of 2025, a 1.6 percent decrease compared to the same period last year, according to the National Statistics Office (NSO) on Tuesday.
During the period, exports decreased 8.1 percent to 2 billion dollars, while imports increased 7.3 percent to 1.7 billion dollars.
The decline in exports was mainly influenced by supply of coal, iron ore and combed cashmere from Mongolia to foreign countries. Enditem
