JAKARTA, March 18 (Xinhua) -- A total of 400 Indonesian citizens who were victims of online fraud have returned home from Myanmar, the Indonesian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Tuesday.

The victims, consisting of 313 men and 87 women, arrived at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Tangerang, Banten Province, on two separate flights from Don Mueang International Airport in Thailand on Tuesday. All were in good health, with five reportedly pregnant.

The 400 Indonesians evacuated from Myawaddy came from 21 provinces, with most hailing from North Sumatra, Bangka Belitung, West Java, Jakarta, and North Sulawesi.

Indonesian authorities collaborated with their counterparts in Thailand and Myanmar to facilitate the repatriation.

The ministry also said that efforts were underway to repatriate the remaining 154 victims still in Myanmar, with plans to bring them home on Wednesday. Enditem
